North Galion Type H6 Telephone

Pictured is North Electric’s interpretation of the Western Electric 302. The only obvious difference being a 90 degree turn of the base. These phones are commonly called Galions, an unofficial name that derives from the town of manufacture. Galion telephones were produced starting in the late 1930’s and continued into the early 50’s. In addition to black, these phones can be found in other colors including mahogany, green, and ivory.
